This is fairly common, I've had 3 go, you get them at Isuzu dealers Laughing  about £3 each. Infortunately if they have turned in the hub you will need a new hub, which is often why they are missingas the hub is expensive. Mine has had one missing on the RF for about 4 years, 5/6 seems good enough.

Hub off i'm afraid! They drift in from the back. Running a couple of cars with one missing and no drama. It seems that having the nuts loose causes the problem with the stud, probably vibrations. Found the damaged studs after finding the nuts loose. Milners are very cheap for new studs.
