Could we please have "view previous topic :: view next topic" at the base of each page as well as at the top?

This would save having to scroll back to the top of each page when you wish to move on, and to we who remain (and seem ever more to) on dial-up, every second counts!

Another Forum I visit who use exactly the same programme (?) have it top & bottom.

PS many months ago you agreed that a new members location should be one of the complusory fields when joining. Any moves on this?
