Quite right some small breeds are worse than their big brothers/sisters, but they dont get the bad press, and that unfortunatly is the way of our world. I t goes for other things as well. I have a good friend who was put in prison for defending himself and his wife against two German Shepards that got away from the owner and attacked him on his own door step. He went indoors and got a rolling pin and belted the dogs away from his wife who was bitten several times, I may add that he was injured to the extent he needed emergency treatment for severed tendons in his left hand. The owner came accross his lawn at a rate of knots and thumped him. He hit the owner with the rolling pin and the police turned up and arrested him for assault. With no previous record and not even a parking ticket in 56 years and working in the public sector all his life. He got 18 months for a first offence. While the owner lied through his back teeth and tried to sue for damages to his uncontrolled dogs. Thats Justice for you. So as I say a lot of it is down to the owner. Most dogs only behave how they have been tought to be. All dogs are great and the best and most loyal friend you could wish for if reared as they should be. Smile
