Hi & welcome to ITOC.

First off is it running on 5w30 oil? If not then you need to switch the oil for 5w30 as the 3.0 will not run properly on anything else.
If the oil is 5w30 then it is likely it will be either the pressure sensor in the oil rail or possibly the throttle body ... either way the easiest fix is get the diagnostics done by somebody with an Isuzu Tech2 computer.

Yes had the mods done july last year,also had new gear box IN April last year OUCH its only the past month it has started doing it ,it appears to only in top gear O/D 1500 RPM TO 2000 approx with a manual box you would have changed down or at least taken it out of o/d.nobody in Inverness wants to look at it any body know some one good
