anybody got the quick and simple way of tightening the alternator/fan bely cos im having a laugh

i sorted it i took the power steering pump off then took off the 2 pulleys and hey presto theres the alternator (with a broken slider) huh quick bit of weld then have to do it all again cos i cant get it to tension properly gonna grind some steel off the slider then it will be sorted whines like a bast@@@d tho
