Problem with 1997 3.1 Deisel Citation - over the past couple of months has twice cut out whilst motoring (no power steering or brakes!). Starts ok straight after - no other problems.
Any ideas please?

Sounds like a fuel problem, but very difficult to diagnose.  What were the symproms at the time?  Did it just cut out, or loose power and die?  When it restarted did it take a lot of turning over?  What level of fuel was in the tank?  Were you driving on level ground or going up, down or on a side slope?
