I have a LWB '97 Monterey 3.1D (diamond pack). Does anyone know the paint code for the lower  part of the body ?
The Main colour is the metallic Red, lower part metallic Grey.
Bulkhead plate shows Body/Trim codes, but when I have approached companies with a view to purchase some paint, I was told that neither of the sets of figures corresponded with a metallic Grey. I suspect that the lower body colour is common to all the two tone schemes. Can anyone help ?
Local Vauxhall dealer is not interested.
Incidentally, if it's of interest, some years ago I took the vehicle to Van Aaken Developments (based at Transport Research Laboratory nr Crowthorne, Berks) when it had covered about 35,000 miles, and had the Injection/Turbo balance re-calibrated. The outcome was very successful, increasing the torque by a fair amount. It's done nearly 90,000 now and is still performing as well as it did when new, and returning around 28/29mpg.
Please help if you can. bigfootman, Sheffield.
