The new rules state that new frontal protections systems or "bull-bars or nudge-bars" fitted to new vehicles should conform to strict new safety tests to protect pedestrians.
It does not effect older vehicles  Wink

The legislation however only applies to "frontal protection systems". Winch bars are not covered by the legislation, as they perform a necessary function  8)  8)  8)  8)
