Well, I've found it for sure.

Took that pipe off, cleaned everything up, checked the pipe, seemed OK. Put it all back together.

Now I've started the engine up with the intercooler and turbo shroud off so I can see more clearly, ( a pair of her tights over the intake pipe as an air filter  Laughing ),and there was nothing right up to just below normal operating temp. Then, all of a sudden a tiny pinprick hole in the rubber pipe started peeing water out  Rolling Eyes .

So it's a £2 piece of pipe, and I've got bits of pipe here every size except that one  Shocked . Sods law strikes sgain  Rolling Eyes .

thats fantastic news tho, who cares if you have to buy another bit of pipe, least it is fairly easily fixed.

Thats tipical aint it!

Might be a swine to do but at least its cheap!

Finished !

I think. Used the old copper pipe and 2 jubilee clips trick. She's sat outside now building up temperature to test it again.

Certainly ain't getting any more attention off me tonight  Evil or Very Mad .

Watch the copper pipes dont slip under pressure as they have no ring stops on them otherwise well done that man... Mark

Hello mr twister did you cure your leak in the end and did you tell her in doors you used her tights as a filter i did that once and it cost me a small fortune she made me marry her.
