ive got a 1999 3.0td isuzu trooper that woudnt start been running fine then would just turn over but not fire up was told probably a sensor but were expensive spoke to local dealer they quoted me 103 pounds each. the motor has been stood a couple of months now as couldnt afford to get repaired but a mate said he would have a look at it for me today he managed to get it started and drove it back to my house about two miles but it was kicking out alot of white smoke anybody got any ideas thanks

Has it had all the recalls - especially the injector one?

when i spoke to main dealer he checked to see if there were any recalls outstanding and he said there wasnt it got recalled about 6 months after i bought it

get it on a tech2 or else you will throw money at it replacing one sensor after another.
