Calling on the experts with the newer model MK4. On the earlier models there was built into the wiring loom a connector for spot lights. These were situated close to each headlamp and allowed you to fit spot lights into the main beam circuit. On my latest model (2001) there are TWO pairs of connectors mounted on each side of the radiator. Fog lights are already fitted. Does anyone know which set of wires if any to use and also is there a switch facility inside the car to enable you to not have to use them every time main beam is on.

I am going to fit spots to mine at some point in the very near future... I will have a look and let you know. If anybody does have any info please do tell!

Couldn't get any power out of them on mine so i cut the main beam wire and used a piggy back spade terminal.
