I've already put a set of new shock absorbers but the ride is still TOO bouncy, the trooper is mainly going to be a road vehicle with occasional minimal off road use, still whaaaay to bouncy, what options are there for stiffer springs? |

There are a few company's that do upgraded suspensions parts for Troopers, Bloodred and Pro Comp been two of them.
If you do a search you should find a few posts by folk and their reviews.

Thanks for the replies, I had a look on the net, but it appears as though it's not an off the shelf item. Anyone know where I can get some stiffer and lower custom springs made up? |

To be honest your going the complete opposite way to the norm. Most people with modifications in mind for 4x4's want height and flexibility. I think/know you are going to struggle unless you pay for custom work.
One thing you could look at is fitting Range Rover springs. Range Rovers are heavier and therefore need stronger springs. They won't be a direct fit but not to difficult to do. _________________ 1990 Isuzu Bighorn LWB Mk.I 2.8TD Manual Lotus Edition

Yep you're right. I've got a commercial lwb, it's much better than owning a similar sized van and considerably better and stable towing capacity. I'll look into the range rover springs, thanks. |
