Exhaust heat shield?

Is it a real deep rumble, or a light rattle?

Bend it back out of the way Wink -- Look for light tin plate around the exhaust or down below... something might be touching the exhaust or the engine block...

It's not the exhaust just touching the body is it. When the exhaust is cold (leave an hour after driving) get under and give it a good shake and see if it clunks off anything?
