How well do the door seals work when going through 50cm of water??

I've just bought a mk2 trooper and am learning the ropes so to speak.

Any sort of hosing can be used, I used water pipes, just work out the diameter required, most motor shops sell by the meter, cost me £30 to extend the rear axle and gearbox breathers to the engine bay. Also use jubilee clips to hold them in place.
