Hi does anyone know what psi the turbo should be running at.
I am thinking of fitting a boost control valve and guage and was wondering what I could raise it by before needing to alter the fueling |

It might be worth getting a boost gauge and an exhaust gas temp gauge as well You'll know what your starting at, if the exhaust gas temp gets to hot then you'll kill your turbo. _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

Where are you measuring that ? At the wastegate - or at the inlet manifold.
I've just fitted an accurate gauge to my 3.1, and I've got 10psi at the manifold, but I'm thinking thats a bit low, as I've fitted the FMIC and not would up the boost yet to compensate

Inlet.
I just fitted a fronty intercooler and am now getting 15psi. But your cooler and pipework is bigger than mine, and my gauge may not be 100%... _________________ Front Aussie Locker - Rear LSD - Petrol Diffs

2psi loss for a FMIC sounds about right
I had a little TIM turbo gauge on there, but couldn't read it easily. So on Saturday I dropped £30 on a big industrial gauge, I'm pretty confident its accurate |
