Now we are getting somewhere
Tbh its not for finding a house on a street its just to get me to the area, and would only get used about once a month
When i went to Helens to pick up the club ramps the AA route I got of the net tried to send me through a bus station,
two options
(A) drive through the bus station
(B) turn around and get totally lost
Naturally i chose option A
Also with written directions if you take one wrong turn its game over
So imo all i need is cheap and cheerfull _________________ |

TomTom cus it's free if you've a windows mobile phone
ALDI are doing one for a ton - and it's nice, actually really nice, has european maps, and works well - my parents have just picked on up (could of weeks ago) and have had no issues with it.
If not - try www.ebuyer.com - I think that they've got them for under a ton, can't remember. _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

tom tom ones are hundred quid or less and are far better than the garmin i used to use which got confused in built up areas, under trees, and random occasions when it got bored and sent you anywhere for its own personal amusement.
I got the tom tom after taking a recovery lorry with trailer on the back round trafalgar square at 1am. It was having a fit So it went! The tom tom has been perfect, never stepped a foot wrong - with the possible exception of when i had a caravan on the back, and was driving down lanes that were a little 'unsuitable' |

Quite simply, its for open road driving, eg. m60-m62-A1m-A1 to peterborough etc, so the cheapest will do _________________ |
