does any1 make their own bread
borrowed the stuff off me mum and thought id give it a go (if it dont work, it aint cost nout Laughing )
it makes a lovely smell of well bread baking Laughing

Mix the stuff and knead it into a dough, let it rest in a warm place for half hour then knead it again,, shape it and bake  Very Happy
Or get a bread machine  Laughing

yep thats it, and when you buy the stuff already mixed it realy is soooo easy, bung it in, push a button and 3 hours later a loaf is born Wink
if it works i should save a few quid a week so that can go towards fuel  Laughing

We made our own bread for about 6 months and it's only this post that reminded me we have a bread maker in the cupboard somewhere, I might have to dig it out Laughing

We played about with the recipe until we had it just about perfect, I have forgot now though so it'll be from scratch Laughing

it was on the radio the other day bout money saving, and some 1 mentioned bread making so i thought give it a try, pinched me mums bread maker and some ready made mix and just made me 1st loaf, luuuuvly so its experiment time now Laughing
have to get me own bread maker now

Kenwood chef and a load tin - saves the hole in the middle which bread makers tend to make, beats shop stuff though Very Happy
