had a qoute today he was offering a much better deal than adrian flux and after a huge fall out with flux today
i can happerly say my insurance will be with together as of tuesday morning
found them very helpfull and understanding with mods

your loss not mine i shall never phone you again pahaps one day you might learn to keep your paperwork in order
thanks for the cancelation letter because of the paperwork i have now sent to you twice plus phoned you with info last monday wow what a faver you have done me never realised how much you was ripping off till today thanks again
carnt wait for the astra policy to be up soon you wont be getting that again either

i have just spoken to Simon at 2gether and he was really helpful

tpft 172.61 with a limited to 1000 miles clause with all the mods declared.

and he arranged 42.61 deposit and 9 months as 16.25

ady flux last time wanted over 400 with mods declared.

spoke to simon today ....very helpfull but said it was to early to give me a quote as insurance prices might have changed by the time mines due end of jan 2012 so he's going to give me a ring back in new yr ....he did give me a current quote of
£530 and i havent listed mods yet (currently paying £416 with e-sure) so we'll wait and see
very helpfull chap ....but means nothing if ins is higher  Wink

got my milage at 6000 a yr ...done just over 5000 last yr so have it set at 6k

will also be asking if that includes 'FLOOD' damage lol  Laughing  Laughing

full no claims ...clean licence .......can only assume they think post code is a prob.....but can't see how as 3 yr ago when i 1st went with e-sure it was only £270 fully comp....3 yr later and it's went up by 100%.....robbing git's
i presume your fully comp aswell

After getting a quote on 2gether's website, I then called Gary: who quoted me £390.08, fully comp, with £350 excess (with Sabre); with an additional premium of £25 for a "like-for-like" courtesy car.

Compare this to the £579.82 Churchill wanted me to pay (with a £500 excess); and I'm one very happy bunny! [Paying by instalments has actually netted me a saving of £186.67 over the year. Phew.]  Very Happy

So thank you to Gary -- and to Simon, of course -- for saving me some serious dosh!  Laughing

I've just had some ridiculous quotes for my space cruiser. I'm 43, the NCD is on my Monterey, the car is worth less than a grand but the quotes were in excess of £900.
I might as well insure it my Mrs name as a learner for that money lol
