Extend your breathers and spray all the electrics with wd40... _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

Depends on the seals...
If you've been wading in water, repack your wheel bearings after, but as for seals - if you mean door seals, the smell of wet dog goes after a few days _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

The breather on the front axle is just by the chassis on the top of the axle tube on the passenger side - it's a right angle plastic connector, this goes up into the engine bay. On the back axle it's on the drivers side of the top of the main diff casing, and terminates at the tube which is a foot above.
There should be one on the gearbox, but I've not looked for it before
Axle seals, na, if your not leaking oil out, then water isn't going to get in. _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

It can be sucked in as the air inside the axle contracts when immersed in water.
Even with extended breathers you need to drop oil regularly if you go in deep water often. Kerton is famous for *beep* diffs due to the silt in the water being so abrasive.
The G-Box breather is a small stub near the leavers on top of the box. _________________ Front Aussie Locker - Rear LSD - Petrol Diffs

and the good thing about the mud run is the all you do to wash it is play in the water before ya got home
You can always tell when it's getting to the end of the day, there's a herd of 4x4's at the watering hole _________________
