Philip! noooooo!

Yoyr towbar needs programming in to the computer....which is why the dealer charges so much, failure to do so causes you ecu to go down!

Nobody at either the dealer or Indespension mentioned this to me.  Is this because it uses Canbus technology?  It all seems to be working fine so far.  Do you have any evidence of this problem anywhere you can pooint me to?

Just spoken to Chorley Nissan (Main Dealer) and they have said it doesn't need to be coded.
