my car passed its mot after a retest a few weeks back,but reading the emmissions sheet it reads 7.3  Shocked  and it says fail on the bottom of the sheet.the guy had the engine screaming and there was black smoke like you wouldn't believe i thought it was going to blow up i nearly shouted at him to stop it.
So how come they passed it?   they certainly wouldn't have done me a favour.
