Well. . exhaust arrived today (ordered on Monday afternoon) via DHL, looks like this


Come with 12month warranty, fitted in under 3 hours (first exhaust I've ever done but the nuts/bolts all came undone relatively easily) and was £73.99 delivered from here

Happy as a pig in. . . . . .  Wink

Nnnnnope. . . Under £75 for middle and rear sections, including hangers and gaskets. . bargaintastic methinks. Wink

What I really want now is the front pipe. . . £16 new from cats-direct but makes it not worth it with the postage.

Going to keep 'em peeled for a bargain used one  Cool

Hopefully dealing with the alternator tomorrow. . . lord help me  Crying or Very sad

Oh I hope so. . . .

Ooh. . . just remembered. . .  that there flappy thing in the exhaust.

Was gutted when I climbed under the truck and saw it there, mocking me.

With the intention of not refitting the (suprisingly complex looking) lump of scrap-iron, I unbolted it only to relaise that the new system would not move over sufficiently to allow this.

It ended well though since, on closer inspection, the exhaust flap lacked something . . . . a flap inside it  Laughing

So I bolted it all back together, just as Vauxhall Isuzu intended  Wink
