Milner do a filter and oil package for about £30 I think. Has anyone used the oil and if so how is it rated. I am using halfords Semi at the moment at £22 per five litres, any thoughts on that?

Filters are spot on (whole filter kit is £10 + vat)

As for the oil, I use 25L tubs from the local motor factors for about £35 - means several oil changes for a fraction of the price of hellfords.  As long as the oil is a semi sutible for turbo diesels and isn't the unbranded £3 black cans from dirt cheap DIY up the road, will be fine on the 3.1
