truck vibrating - advice please

How far off is payday H ?
Is it really bad or will it be ok if you take it easy ?
When mine did it I put a joint out of the front one in to get me going, It took a few hours but it was better than no car.

Payday is over a week away Sad  ive had to use the truck this weekend because of work but been taking it steady not going over 40 which doesnt please people when your on roads that the max limit is 60  Laughing  Laughing  but been in touch with my boss today and the company are going to lend me a car tilli get my truck sorted which is for the best because on a good week with work i can do over 600miles  Confused  so picking it up tonight ready for work in the morning  Smile

And after a little chat with H, they have said its the NSF driveshaft  Shocked
Its part time 4x4 with manual locking hubs so nooooooo way can it be the driveshaft  Rolling Eyes
Dont you hate it when so called mechanics want to replace things that cant be the cause, granted the cv maybe shot but it wont cause this problem *looks for voodoo smiley*

Can you get the joints for the prop like on the trooper? got mine from milner £10 each.

If your asking me....... it was knocking a lot, then it went properly and made a lot of banging and vibrated a fair bit!!! i had to take it off and drive in front wheel drive  Very Happy

bas**rds  Evil or Very Mad  alot of mechinics out there dont understand 4x4s

Well truck still not sorted a mechanic that my dad knows was supposed to come out today and he didnt turn up Sad now getting really fed up as work wants their car back on wednesday,so at the moment i feel like just packing it all in and just getting a car as had enough of being let down by so called mechanics Sad
