Driver's side wheel off, and in through the side of inner wing/arch area. If you've got A/C, take the pump/compressor off out the way too, for access from the top. _________________

The unit above is not the power steering its the air con pump, if your air con works dont undo the pipes _________________ |

hi, just had a go at this without removing the air con pump and i must say it`s a b#####d of a job, scraped nuckles and so on so, i`d strongly advise anyone about to tackle this to take the time to remove the A/C unit for both access and to allow space to withdraw the alt itself. |

I always take the AC compresser out. Takes an exstra ten minuets but alows you to remove the alt with ease, no stress or spanner rash. _________________ Front Aussie Locker - Rear LSD - Petrol Diffs
