| Any ideas why? I've changed the stat and the hoses into and out of the matrix are hot but the air form the vents is still cold! |

Have you tried altering the twisty temperature knob inside the car?

can you get into behind the heater panel make sure the cables are fitted, make sure it's operating the flaps in the heater box.
