I recently replaced the radiator and hoses on my 3.1 and now have a slow leak. I suspect it was there before.
I've checked the "new bits", but I suspect that the leak is from one of the many pipes around the head/under the intercooler.
Are there any "likely suspects"?

From memory there are a couple of small hoses on the LH side behind the fan..Ive had to replace them once..a real major job to access ..radiator out.. belts off etc..

Thanks, Paul.
My other car is a Citroen XM 2.5, so the Trooper is rest and relaxation...
So there were definite visibile leaks in the area? Did they only appear when the engine was hot?

And are they special "moulded" ones, or will standard hose suffice?

The memory is the first thing that goes...HAVE just had a look under the hood and it looks like you would have to get them from the dealer or as non genuine items from your local parts shop..always a good indicator
look out for signs of antifreeze on the bashplate beneith the radiator.. Cheers PV |
