should be a nice drive out, the scenery up there is stunning.

quick question ??? ....although these are public byways do i have to contact anyone to (ROW officer)

They are all legal roads at the time of publishing, if an order has been put on one then they must put a sign at each end of the lane advising you.
So quite simply, just drive it like you would drive any other road (but slower  Laughing )

If a TRO has been put in place then they have to put a sign at each end of the lane, its a bit like closing any road and not telling you its closed.
There are conflicting arguments about this but the law is the law, normally its disgruntled locals that try and tell you its not a lane, in that case its best not to argue and just report the person to the police as its harrasment.
