I know it's not likely to help your situation Steve, but bailiffs cannot take any property unless it has been through the courts first. Many will turn up on the doorstep & say things like "I have a PC, a large TV, a games console and a 4wd vehicle on my list to take" & by mentioning random objects, that most people have they seem genuine - if you haven't been through the courts, the only way they can legally take stuff is if you allow them to, i.e. wait until they show you a warrant. A lot of companies chasing debts will hand it to one debt agency & then when they fail will go to another & keep going like that until they manage to talk their way into your house.

Well, what a turn up for the books. I've just had a very pleasant surprise from the Taxman, which means I WILL be going to this.
I am going to speak to Tom McG and organise a club stand.
I'm going to start a new thread in club events, so if you're going to this please let me know in that thread, and we'll get something sorted with regards to a club stand  .
I know it's very short notice, but lets see what we can do.
