To be honest I have never done a joint before its allways been a full shaft replacment, and this is just replacing the cv boot so I dont have a new joint for referance.
How do the Isuzu ones come off ?

if when the boot is removed you can't see any circlip on the shaft then it will be hold the shaft and knock the joint off with a hammer you will then find a spring circlip inside
