Hi all - once again Helen has hit the top
great weekend - good fun - lots of beer and food
great company aswell
looking  forward to next year already
left half the nud at the local car wash and the other half up the works yard
happy to report the VX is now mud free

Southern Shandy Report: Home with medicine....230 miles/4hrs 15 mins driving time.Slight overheat on way back,rad needs cleaning better.
Handbrake non-existant,footbrakes require a bit of TLC...

Absoutely Cracking Weekend,many thanks to Helen & Rick for organizing it all.

It was a great pleasure to spend a couple of days with people from all over the country,different jobs,outlooks,backgrounds,etc:
With a common bond,mindset and a love of ALCAHOL offroading...
Real pleasure meeting you all properly and spending time with youse......CRACKING.... Cool
A little bit of "Buildwas 2009" has come back to East Sussex with me,In fact a lot of Buildwas has come back with me,mostly the grey clayey variety Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

Thanks again to all for making it a great weekend..

The pit crew did a sterling job  Very Happy  and we even had a barefoot firewalker  Laughing
I'll post the pics ect after I have been fed and watered.

PS. Hour and half to get home because Vfestival doesnt finish till tomorrow, 4 soddin hours to get there friday  Rolling Eyes

well thankyou to every one who turned up you help make it a great weekend
a big thankyou to kyle for the entertainment
most of all a big thankyou to helan who to be honest sorted most of it

allso thanky to twister for the driving lesson and for taking me car down the hill when i lost me bottle  Embarassed
and thanks to the 4x4 driver (whose name i carnt remember)  Embarassed for a bad back after a couple of hours digging  Laughing  mate it was a right laugh
thanks to robbo and simon for donating the raffle prizes  


it was a great weekend and can honestly say this year i did most of buildwas


the damage report

3 mudflaps
front exhuste
tow bar sockets
left hand foglamp
but sod it still got me number plate  Laughing

the glory bit

i pulled a disco out ne ne  Twisted Evil  makes a change from me  Rolling Eyes

took sump gard gearbox transfer ets car went up a 1" took a hour to claen the road afterwoods  Laughing
was amased how the clay compacts around everything in such volume and weight
