Hi All,
I need to remove the radiator, I have checked the manual and it says just those simple steps
Preparation: Disconnect battery ground cable, drain coolant
1. Disconnect lower and upper hose
2. Fan guide lower, remove clips on both sides and the bottom lock
3. Reservoir tank hose, disconnect the hose
4. Bracket (I think the top one)
5. Remove upward the radiator assembly taking care not to damage the radiator core by fan blade

Is there anything that I should know? Any special tools or tips and tricks?

Thanks,
Haluk

That's about it! What it doesn't tell you is that you'll probably need to take the sumpguard off to access the bottom hose clips and that you'll need a suitable container to catch the tranmission fliud that will leak out of the cooler hoses! Oh and if you're going to start the engine with the rad out don't forget to plug the cooler hoses otherwise you'll lose most of your transmission fluid and make one hell of a mess!!!

OK I have seen the ATF hoses, but now I have discovered another thing just in front of rad, it is something like a second rad and doesn't move with rad. I need access from the front that's why I am removing the rad. Can anyone tell me what's that? How can I remove it?

It's probably a trans cooler - more than that, I couldn't say.

It's the air-con condenser! You'll have to get an air-con specialist to empty the system of gas before you can disconnect the pipes and then refill it when you've finished what you're doing! Which trooper is it?
