Right boys and girls, as Tong is fresh in everyones mind and the mud isn't dry yet
There is a 2 day weekend event at Tong run by the site. This event should be £70 per truck, this includes camping friday night, playing saturday, camping saturday night and playing sunday (most of the routes will be turned round to keep things interesting)
I have been in contact with Rebecca today, she was very happy with everyone who attended the club event. I have negotiated a deal for the club.
If people want to play for both days and pre book/pre pay (via myself) and there is a minimum of 10 trucks booked through the club again via myself, the weekend will cost £60 All Parkwood 4x4 rules apply and road legal vehicles only. This also means if like Hilbillycol you wanna bring some friends along and they pre pay via a memeber they will get the discounted rate
This is a one off deal and is only available via myself. If we get a list so numbers are definate payment can then be sorted. there will be a deadline for payment as it will need to be sorted with Rebecca for her to send out information packs etc, this would be the 30th june.
There will be more details about the event at http://www.parkwood4x4.co.uk/ in the near future when it has been updated.
As an added incentive if the minimum of 10 is not reached. this is ONLY for those who attended the club event, the weekend will be discounted to £65 if pre booked/pre payed.
I will already be there all weekend working as a marshal Hope to see some more people there. _________________ landcruiser 80 series 4.5, 35's/33's for road, 2inch lift, discreet winch, sliders/armour, factory lockers, stainless side exit +++++

right i got to ask the question,
why is it double what they have just paid for? didn't they organise a meet for £35 at the same venue?
your not skimming off the top are you |

It's 2 days of playing and not just 1. normal price for the full weekend is £70, if we get the min numbers the full weekend will be £60
The club event was only 1 day playing
And no i'm not making a penny out of it just trying to get people in the club a good deal
The reason the booking etc will be done via myself is it's easier for Rebecca as i'll know who are members of the club.
All payments will be made out to Parkwood 4x4 and not my name. _________________ landcruiser 80 series 4.5, 35's/33's for road, 2inch lift, discreet winch, sliders/armour, factory lockers, stainless side exit +++++ |

me and my mates are up for it gary as we really enjoyed it last time but i can't confirm yet as i've just started
a new job and it's shift's but according to my calculations i should be on 7 till 3 so more than enough
time and light to come down after work on the fri and set up .....plus steve is iching to get out in his disco after
lifting it a further 2 1/2 inches and fitting 33"s (so about 5 lift over standard) mine's still standard but now i'm working hopefully it won't be too long befor i can at least get some spring's and tyres

that was done at tong....went through a verry narrow dug out gully prob wide enough for suzuki's
(now wide enough for most trucks)
and the mud/clay and everything else wedged in behind the roll cage forceing the bodywork in the only direction
it could go ..............inward _________________ LTM NO.41 |
