Dunno what o/s you are running but if you open the run window from the start menu then type regedit.exe, then go to the this reg key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\ Parameters
Doubleclick on Autodisconnect then set the number of minutes.
Then reeboot.

There is on XP, you have to keep expanding the menu until you get to it.

Tried that location with regedit and only 3 in there
default
disable dos
size
