Not a very succesfull experience for my first time Sad

Hoped to be servicing my Trooper this weekend, so ordered Wednesday in plenty of time.

Phoned today pm as nothing had arrived, to be told card wasn't authorised or something Sad

Apparently left a message on my BT answering machine which I havn't got Very Happy

Don't hold them to blame particularly, but maybe they could tighten up order problems. Either that or maybe consider an ecommerce website so you can track orders.

Ah well, off to local factors tomorrow

Doubt if I would use them again.

Local factors wanted £40 for the same stuff, so used the OH card.

Arrived next day, and as it wasn't my card I got two filter kits Very Happy

Placed an order with Milner late on Wednesday night ... its just arrived now, excellent service! The new rad was double boxed with loads of packaging while the filter kit etc was in a seperate box, again welll packed. Oh - the price was good too... £143 for full service kit, new radiator and delivery. Cool

gotta add, I am amased at the service!!! I ordered at 5 pm on monday, arrived mid mornin wed. Well packaged up and prics were far better than any local places which I get full trade from....... Very Happy
