I am based in Nairobi, Kenya and the local Isuzu dealer not only has to order the parts from Japan (which has taken months) but their prices are also very high (typically 2 to 5 times higher than Milner's + import duty).
Since Milner are highly rated, I would like to order from them but several e-mails to them have gone unanswered. I would prefer not to call due to high international call charges but may have no option.
Can anyone suggest an alternative way to get in touch with them? |

This is a long shot and is my thoughts only - it does in no way represent Milners policy!
Over in the UK we have a problem with Scam Mercants from Nigeria etc trying to contact and rip off UK companies - it could be that Milners have taken the same approach as our company and do not respond to queries etc. The best way would be contact them by phone if possible... _________________ Isuzu Rodeo Denver Max LE | 265/65R18 BF Goodrich AT LTM No.60

Yeah, get an internet phone onto the computer then it will cost peanuts to call internationally, you can buy one through Tescos and they will deliver internationally for about $7.5. _________________ Sun, Sand, but no bacon butties. |

Thanks for the advice Chris & Nick. I have heard about the scam merchants but over the years I have also successfully purchased online from several UK companies such as caraudiodirect and amazon.
I'll give them a call as you suggest. |

Great news. I telephoned Milner Off Road and they are happy to deal with me. I'm just waiting for courier quotes and then I can place my order.
Cheers for the advice. |
