Had 4 wheel bearings off them about 6 months back, they only lasted 3100 mls and yes they were fitted correctly by the garage and they were well greased when they just broke up, damaged the stub axle, etc, I won't be buying from Milners again. not the first time this has happened eitheir.

They also expect me to send them the bearings, paying myself for postage Sad

Let's just say make sure you keep your receipt.
Milners are VERY GOOD with customer service it has to be said. I have just got my refund after my alternator packed up just short of 12 months from purchase.

You got the AVM ones? I had some once they worked well and were very reliable, sold them to Chris in the end. One thing to watch is they let water in a bit. If you do any deep wading (especially in silty water) make sure you clean the wheel bearings periodically or they wont last long Wink

bin the paper gaskets and use some gasket sealer instead too and like matt said look after the bearings.
