Might be barking up the wrong tree here, but...

My old 2.8 SWB frontera had DMF that failed, I drilled through the 2 pieces and bolted in 6 places to make it rigid, then used a Trooper clutch with springs, as mentioned it was 15mm per side smaller in diameter, but happily worked.

The guys at Milners were very helpfull, opened a lot of clutches to make sure the parts were interchangeable, might be worth an ask, saved me a lot of ££

Any more info,pics of DMf etc,Ireally am struggling to get this bstard apart without wrecking it,and that's normally my forte Laughing
Any input would be most useful,it may end up as nowt for the 3.0,but its always worth a shot   Evil or Very Mad

What about an auto box specialist, they strip/repair/weld/balance torque converters for fun  Idea
Then a spinner plate from anything with the same spiggot shaft  Confused

I found mine wasnt losing drive due to rotational movement, but vibration, the clutch wouldnt bite as the plate was rocking.
