Hello. 1193 bighorn 3.1 that I just bought has an electric aerial that won't go up and i find any switch for it. the truck has an aftermarket kenwood stereo. Wondering if it is supposed to extent when the key is turned on or radio or what and where the connector  for power may be found.  Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thx, Greg

Check fuse C-11 and C-15 first in the drivers footwell, Listen by the antenna when you switch on for the electric motor working if you hear it the possibly the drive cable is broken look on this section of the forum for How To Fix .If its not working  remove the  plastic trim in the passenger footwell by the lower doorhinge and at the very top find the aerial lead going out through the wing ,with it will be two wires check here for 12v +  with ign on .
If its there most likely the mast raise motor is stuck and the unit needs to come out for  repair if you want auto antenna.
If you just want sounds get a stick to the window one and join its wire in behind the trim you took out to check the power.
