Hello

I've got 94 3.1 td Trooper so its 16 years old and rust is starting to eat my chassis. Its now bare metal except few places with this anti rust foam. I want to remove all rust and apply Nuxodol hmm "rubber paint" I also have to do suspension and steering repair. that's why im thinking about taking body off the chassis. I want to ask You "How hard can it be"  Laughing What i have to do - to take it off ? ?I know that body is mounted on frame with 8 bolts im sure i will have to remove some clutch and brake cables..  I don't know where i have to start because it sounds like some serious job  Rolling Eyes maybe somebody already tried to do that Question  Arrow

Hi,
I am a fully qualified pannel beater paint sprayer, and for the job you want to do, I have done on other rebuilds before, and the best way to do would be to strip the vehicle complete, as in everything, it's an easy job just takes a lot of time and it's like a huge jigsaw to put back together, the hardest part to remove is the direct glazed windscreen, a tip if you are not sure is to take lots of pictures of items that you remove, Very soon I will be doing the same to my Trooper, afetr the winter, if you have time to wait I can send you pictures of what I will be doing if you think it will make life eaiser for you.
Hope that is of some help
