Hi I have a dent above the fog light about half the width of the lense, anyone know what the bumper is made of obviously there is a covering of plastic buts whats behind can I lever the dent out? at present the cowl around the glas does not meet the bumper.

A trick we used to do in the body shop was to get a heat gun (paint stripper type) and heat gently, if it is the plastic type it should pop back into shape, heat from back of bumper to save paint work but try not to get to hot to burn paint as it will

thanks for your post, I took out the spot there seemed to be some form off metal reinforcing in the plastic, I put a clamp behind the with a piece of timber against the bumper then tightened managed to get the worst out   Shocked
