I'm between job and have a bit of time on my hands. It's only 4 miles from home and on a military camp.
I get to go fishing about 5 times a week! The lake is a private syndicate
with only 50 members. Some days I just do some 'work' up there, planting, cutting undergrowth and stuff.
The fly lake is the darker one, the other one, the course lake is infected with blue/green algae.

It's often the bright ones that catch.

I bet I would get plenty of still water trout fish on my 6" pike flys!

I've had pike on bloodworm (fly) and on luncheon meat trotted down the river on a float.

The fish don't read the books!
