Just sat here outside my caravan at a lovely site at the bottom of Derwentwater in the Lake District.  Middle of a forest, but home away from home with TV, electric and a 3g modem signal too!

Anyway, being really sad I was contemplating Life, the Universe and everything as I sat looking at the back of the trooper only to notice the clever design of the rear window - the metal splitter on the roof directs air down and over the the rear window to keep it clear and the other clever bit - the rear window is flush at the bottom and slightly recessed at the top to create a smoother (lower pressure) area at the bottom to further increase downwards airflow to keep the screen clear.

The things you notice when you're on holiday and you have the time to just stand and stare.  In our busy lives we should all do it more. Smile

and yes, I love my trooper and I am sad  Rolling Eyes

Ummm......illuminated drinks cabinet, microwave, a better cooker than I've got at home and a bit of a luxury- Air con too  Embarassed

Takes a load of diesel to tow the bleedin' thing though.

LOL.

Took the boat taxi to Keswick today; nice little town and some lovely real ale from the Jennings pub in the main street (I've never had 'snecklifter' on draught before, only bottled). hic.  Very Happy
