Wow guys !   I didn't realise I needed to wear an asbestos suit to participate in this forum.

My comments were meant to illustrate the value of a voltage reading at a sensor to those people who might NOT have access to a Tech2.    That is, they could measure voltage (eg at the ORPS or MAP) and deduce the pressure in MPA or kPA.  If the voltage is within a prescribed range for the operating condition, then the sensor and ECU are working all OK.
