Taken me ages to work out what the rattle was on my trooper - turns out that when it went in for an oil change the stupid garage left the bolts out that hold the plastic sump guard to the sump guard
Anyone know what size and depth they are? _________________ 3.0TD LWB Citation |

Here you go Tim, I take it you mean they left the two at the front out that goes through the metal sump guard then into the plastic?
maybe they have lost or broke the threaded Uclips (don't no what else to call them) on the inside of the plastic, (1 of mine is missing).
Anyway they are the same as the rear 2. 35mm total length, 14mm socket fits and they have 8.8 stamped into the head, (thread size maybe?)
sorry photos not very good _________________ aka x66dag

off the top of my head, the front 2 bolts go through the metal guard and bolt into the plastic sump guard and the rear 2 bolt through the plastic 1 into the crossmember (i think ) _________________ atb kevin

No it's not a nut and bolt because you wouldn't be able to get a spanner on it.
It's a threaded U clip type thingy like what holds the number plate to the bumper only bigger
