Hi folks I also have a MK1 SWB and I also have rust issues around the rear side windows.
Anybody out there with and ideas.
Could the whole lot be taken out and replaced with rubbers from another vehicle and perhaps bonded in place

The rear windows always rot at the bottom about 3-4" from the front. Mine has done it as well. I am going to get it done over the summer. As for the the rubbers unless you go to Isuzu themselves you will have to go seconf hand and hope its better than yours. Personally I am going to do what whatarascal says and treat it well and seal it with silicone.
