i did this on my shogun a few years ago, i bought sheet metal from local suppliers and cut them my self by hand with a pair of tin snips only took 2 hours to cut all 5 panels , then i stuck them in with sikaflex and rivits and sprayed them with some colour match paint form halfords... worked a treat for me . i paid £30 for a 8x4  0.75 sheet of mild steel  sikaflex £7 a tube comes in white /grey/black and its good stuff

guys,
I have a 1998 swb trooper commercial
the panels just behind the doors are becoming debonded from the frame
i am looking to replace these with glass.
question; on the version with windows are these easily removeable or bonded
if so we could do some sort of swap
   cheers Mark
