Used to do a lot of sea fishing, my grandfather was a fisherman, got all the kit still for boat, beach and pier.

Been threatening to get back into it for a while now but spending most of my time shooting nowadays.

Could be tempted though.

I did sea fishing for years but gave it up when the fish dried up a bit in the 90s, beech casting off Blyth  or night fishing off Tynmouth Pier.
over the past 9 years i have been an avid Course fisherman done trips to places like Bluebell lake and the such looking for my elusive 30lb + carp that never came, then baby Ava came alone in 2009 and dad does not have much spare time. so my Trooper is just about my only hobby atm, and the wife keeps saying sell all your carp gear and buy stuff for the trooper, but i just cant do it.

nothing better than sleeping in a seat waiting for a bite alarm to go off, working out if its time to have another Beer lol.

so still have all my gear, from pod, nets, rods, shimano reels, even the carp bed and bivi Smile

I would be up for a weekend getting p155ed fishing, as well as meeting up with some people I have not had chance to meet up with for too long (as well as put some names to faces that I haven't already met)

Have to say, pike are my thing, having said that, I can just as easily not catch other coarse/game/sea fish just as easily  Laughing
