does anyone know where i can get my 04 3.o trooper engine diagnosed and repaired in Buckinghamshire without having to go to a main dealer . my problem could be around the injection pump ,the car was idling and suddenly stopped ,would not start again. no smoke from exhaust on cranking ,no engine check lights telling me of a problem, no immobiliser problems. left for 2 days ,tried again to start,it did start  and ran for 30 seconds and stopped again. no fuel issues as fuel getting up from lift pump so no blockage. all fuses ok .So i need a mechanic that can go directly to the problem.

I would be checking my engine oil level first then looking at the fuel filter then thinking its possibly the rops at fault.

Thats direct  Arrow

i'd go oil level as well, make sure it's on max then add a further 2 litres and see if it carries on running

If it starts and runs with the extra 2 litres in it DONT go driving it about, come back with your findings and or have a
