Made a start on my rear bumper, cut shaped and plated the ends

Cut the holes for the lights

Put one in the centre for the towing electrics

Cut some sleeves to weld in the holes, but can't make my mind up on these, I didn't bother with the last one I did like this and I liked it, so not sure yet, I've cut them protruding 10mm on purpose

Even found time to have a play at these

Funnily enough I just welded the mounting brackets on and trial fit it this afternoon, I really like it, just needs painting now, then I can stick it back on and wire the lights up.

Painted the bumper and fit the LED's

Wiring was a bit of a rats nest

But spliced in and tidied up OK

Tried to take a pic of the bumper fit to the motor, but they all just look out of kilter, it's square, level and plumb to the mm, but it looks *beep* eyed in the pics

Just need to tidy up the rear quarters where the old bumper held all the gunge in.

The sleeves looked nice with Wipac's in, but not with the LED's as they are deeper fitting, so I didn't bother with them, and yes there's a 20mm drain hole at either end. I've also mounted it so it will swivel down 90 degrees to give me access to the rear crossmember etc. Double skin and beef up the tank guard next.
